On the 12th of December, 2007 JSC “Commercial Union Lietuva Gyvybės draudimas“ was registered in registry of legal persons as JSC “Aviva Lietuva”

The company promoters are SC “Ukio bankas” and a JSC “ Ukio bankas investicine grupe”.

Authorized capital of “Bonum Publicum” is 14 010 000 litas.

The company’s taken risks are reinsured in the biggest reinsurance company in the world- MUNICH RE (reinsurance company of Munich).

In 2002, BTA insurance company of Latvian capital acquired 100% of shares of the Lithuanian insurance company LTB Draudimas and started its business in Lithuania under the name of UAB BTA DRAUDIMAS. In 2011, BTA successfully completed the process of its reorganisation and started operating with a new status of the European Company under the name BTA Insurance Company SE.

UAB BTA DRAUDIMAS ceased functioning as a separate legal person and BTA continues its operations in Lithuania as an affiliate of the European company. BTA shareholders, owning more than 10% of the company, is Pauls Dandzbergs and Gints Dandzbergs.

JSC IC “Lietuvos eksporto ir importo draudimas” was reorganized on base of incorporation with Austrian insurance company Osterreichische Kreditversicherung Coface AG. On the 28-03-2006 State registration centre branch of Vilnius signed out JSC IC „Lietuvos eksporto ir importo draudimas“ (code 10071484) from the list of legal entities. On the 28-03-2006 Insurance Supervisory Commissios of the Republic of Lithuania caceled the activity llicense of JSC IC „Lietuvos eksporto ir importo draudimas“.

Austrian company Österreichische Kreditversicherung Coface AG, exercising it`s rights to render services, established branch in the Republic of Lithuania – Coface Austria Kreditversicherung AG branch in Lithuania.

The national agency of export credits JSC insurance company “Lietuvos eksporto ir importo draudimas” was founded on the 3rd of December 1997. The company was a real member of international network Credit Aliance, founded by “Coface”, the insurance company of France. Former shareholders: State Property Fund, Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, Intermediators Trading Association of Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.
